Mold, mold, go away!
As houses are built tighter and more efficient, people don't realize the importance of exhaust fans! The homes today are very "tight" meaning your warm/cool air stays where you want it, in your home, making them more efficient. It also means that when you cook or take showers that the moisture will stay in your home as well. Home-owners need to be more educated on the importance of running their exhaust fans for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. Just flip that switch and walk away for ten minutes and you will reduce the chances of mold build up in your home!

Today Builders as well as many types of service oriented companies face the challenge of "Change or Die!". This has been our challenge that we face on a daily basis, and what I want our customers to understand more than anything is education is key. Not an educated buyer, but an educated builder. We must understand the market to be able to deliver to you.. the customer, what it is that you are asking for. If Willow Creek Homes had not changed with the market and we were still trying to sell you something from 2000 you simply would laugh at us, because nothing is the same today as it was back then!
