Today Builders as well as many types of service oriented companies face the challenge of "Change or Die!". This has been our challenge that we face on a daily basis, and what I want our customers to understand more than anything is education is key. Not an educated buyer, but an educated builder. We must understand the market to be able to deliver to you.. the customer, what it is that you are asking for. If Willow Creek Homes had not changed with the market and we were still trying to sell you something from 2000 you simply would laugh at us, because nothing is the same today as it was back then!

Willow Creek Homes strives hard to focus on changes in the market, not only to ensure that we are delivering a service that meets today's buyer, but also to allow changes in the building industry to work for us. Work for the builder you ask; Today new products offer more value at lower costs, the trick to a good builder is to know and research which new products are going to add value and which new products will lower quality. Their is a direct correlation between value and quality, Willow Creek's stand is to offer the best quality that your budget can allow! Rest assured that no matter what you budget, it' Willow Creek's stand not to ever cut corners and we will never install inferior products. A less expensive product doesn't always mean less quality, the key to advancement in technologies is to talk to the experts that install new materials see the results first hand, and to stand behind your products! Willow Creek Homes has had to change the way we market to you, our customer! Today with advancements to online shopping, people are now educating themselves online before they enter the real world arena. Much like how you are reading this blog, our customers today want to be educated about the construction process before they even meet their builder. To us this is a scary statistic, as we also know that 80% of people will believe what they read on the Internet without anything to back it up. We have once again gone through many extra measures to make sure that anyone who is interested in learning more information about us, can have that information available to them.
